Terms & Conditions for Marton Meadows Golf Club Promotional Offers

  1. Introduction

These terms and conditions are binding when entering any promotional competitions or accepting any promotional offers operated by Marton Meadows Golf Club, or any company or website owned or controlled by Marton Meadows Golf Club.

These rules apply to all Marton Meadows Golf Club promotional competition contestants.

Entry and participation in any promotional competition or offer shall be deemed as unconditional acceptance to these terms. All entry instructions and any other specific details relating to the promotional competition, the prizes or offers form part of these terms. By entering the promotional competition or accepting promotional offers entrants will be deemed to have read and understood these terms and conditions and be bound by them.

  1. Eligibility

Unless otherwise stated, entrants must be resident in the UK.

Employees of Marton Meadows Golf Club, their immediate families, press, agencies, sponsors and commercial partners and other persons directly or indirectly connected with the promotional competition or offer are not eligible to enter.

Unless otherwise specified, no person may enter a promotional competition more than once.

Unless otherwise stated, entrants must be at least 18 years old and, if requested to do so, provide proof of age.

All decisions of Marton Meadows Golf Club will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

All entries, vouchers or purchases must be received by Marton Meadows Golf Club by the closing date or time period specified in the promotional competition or offer. No responsibility will be taken by Marton Meadows Golf Club for any entries/vouchers/sales that are illegible, lost or received after the closing date/offer time period.

Proof of issue is not necessarily proof of receipt by Marton Meadows Golf Club.

  1. Prizes

All prizes must be collected within one month or promotional offers used within the specified time period. After that time, unclaimed prizes or offers will be deemed null and void. It is the responsibility of winners to claim their prize/offer.

All prizes are accepted entirely at the risk of the winner and Marton Meadows Golf Club excludes all warranties in connection with any prize. Marton Meadows Golf Club is not liable for any costs relating to the collection of prizes including travel and accommodation.

Prizes and promotional offers are not transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.

  1. Publicity

Promotional competition entrants may be required by Marton Meadows Golf Club to participate in a photo or video and acknowledge that Marton Meadows Golf Club has the right to use such publicity in any medium and in any reasonable manner.

Promotional competition entries and material submitted in connection with any promotional competition become the property of Marton Meadows Golf Club who may use the material in any medium and in any reasonable manner. Copyright of any material remains the sole property of Marton Meadows Golf Club.

Marton Meadows Golf Club may publicise, broadcast and disclose a promotional competition winner’s name, location, statements or any recording in advertising and promotional activities.

Marton Meadows Golf Club may incorporate information from promotional competition entrants in databases used for the purpose of its business. Upon entry into a promotional competition, a contestant automatically gives permission for use of personal data and this information will be retained in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations.

  1. Jurisdiction

These rules are governed in accordance with English Law.

Marton Meadows Golf Club may change these Terms and Conditions at any time.
