How to Apply for Membership

Membership terms
Club rules:
All players applying for Membership at Marton Meadows Golf Club agree to abide by the Club Rules & HS Policy currently operating. Full details available on request via: enquiries@martonmeadows.co.uk
Juniors:
All children under the age of 16 years must be accompanied by an adult, both on and off the course, at ALL times.
Payments:
Payments must be made in full via cash or credit/debit card in order for membership(s) to be activated.
We do not currently offer credit facilities or payment plans.
Membership cards:
On successful application all Members will receive a Membership Card containing their unique Member ID. Membership Cards must be presented during check-in when visiting the Club.
Lost or stolen cards should be reported to the Management immediately.
Rule breaches:
The Management reserve the right to revoke membership(s) and/or refuse applications without prior notice should current rules and/or policies be breached.
Opening:
Course opening is subject to weather conditions, statutory public holidays (Closed: Christmas Day and New Years Day) and essential maintenance.
Wherever possible, closure notice(s) will be provided in good time and conditions updated via social media and member mailing lists.

Do I need to be an experienced golfer to join?
No. Marton Meadows welcomes golfers of all abilities, including beginners who want to learn the game in a friendly environment.
Do I have to have a membership to Marton Meadows to play?
No. Our 9 Hole course is a pay and play course and visitors can play without membership, but members do benefit from unlimited golf and exclusive discounts.
Can I play 18 holes with a membership?
Yes. Members can play the 9 Hole course twice to complete a full 18 Hole round.
Is golf membership cheaper than paying per round?
For regular golfers, membership provides excellent value compared to paying individual green fees.
Where is Marton Meadows Golf Club located?
The course is located in the village of Marton in the Cheshire countryside, just outside Congleton on the A34. This makes it easily accessible from Macclesfield, Sandbach and Stoke-on-Trent.
Can junior members play on there own?
Children are welcome to become members at Marton Meadows Golf Club but must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times when playing on the course or using our practice facilities.
Can I bring a friend to play?
Yes. You are welcome to bring a friend or family member along when you play; they can simply pay for their round on arrival. Gold members benefit from one FREE guest pass per month.
