SafeGolf
at Marton Meadows

At Marton Meadows Golf Club, we are committed to ensuring that every member, visitor and guest enjoys a safe, welcoming and enjoyable golfing experience. Creating a positive environment for everyone who visits the club is an important part of our values.

As part of this commitment, Marton Meadows is proud to be an accredited SafeGolf facility, an award recognised by England Golf. SafeGolf accreditation reflects the highest standards of safeguarding within the sport and ensures that golf clubs provide a secure environment for players of all ages and abilities.

Through the SafeGolf programme, we follow clear safeguarding procedures designed to protect both junior golfers and vulnerable adults, helping ensure that everyone can enjoy golf in a supportive and respectful setting.

Club Welfare Officer

Our appointed Club Welfare Officer is Lisa Harrop, who is available to support members, visitors and parents with any safeguarding questions or concerns.

If you have any concerns regarding the welfare of a child, vulnerable adult, player or visitor at the club, please contact Lisa in confidence:
